In recent times a bit of a joke/wind-up term for those Celtic fans who take things to extremes.

Basically, they only support Celtic and have no interest or sympathy in any way for any other teams, especially don't care for the national side also believing that it is against Celtics best interest first. In addition, they claim that they goto every single Celtic game etc etc etc and like to chastise the rest for not doing the exact same. Also they have everything decorated in Celtic colours etc.
