However early in 2007 the members of the association agreed to set out on their most ambitious charitable drive ever and one which would leave a wonderful and precious legacy for people in Nigeria - clean water.
The Brother Walfrid Wells project - in conjunction with SMA Fathers - aims to provide a vital lifeline to thousands of villages in the African country by suplying funds to dig new wells and boreholes to provide a clean water supply. Each well costs approximately £250 and already the CSA and supporters clubs across the globe have helped to raise thousands of pounds.
