Brian Quinn - Chairman

A non-executive Director since March 1996, is Chairman. Formerly Senior Executive Director and acting Deputy Governor at the Bank of England, Mr Quinn has extensive experience in international finance and economics. He is a non-executive director of Bank Gesellschaft Berlin (UK) plc and Britannic Asset Management Limited. Mr Quinn is also a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers in Scotland and prior to joining the Bank of England held positions with the International Monetary Fund
