Almost immediately Celtic went on the attack and Wiss pulled down Petrov in the penalty box, Thompson put goalkeeper, Anderson, the wrong way from the penalty spot, 1-1. A superb through ball from Varga to Maloney, Maloney controlled the ball before squaring it to Larsson , who had the easiest of jobs to push the ball home, for his 150th league goal for Celtic,1-2 Celtic.
In 70 minutes, Bobo Balde received a straight red card, after he aimed a kick at Hibs' Scott Brown.

Trivia

Larsson scored his 150th league goal for Celtic.
At half time, Celtic complained to the referee about his kit clashing with Celtic's black strip, the ref apparently said "So what?" Either way, nothing changed for the second half.
Two Hibernian subs, Scott Brown and Derek Riordan, went on to sign for Celtic. Riordan has since left Celtic and gone back to Hibs.
