Celtic v Clydesdale – These teams met at Celtic Park in the first round of the North-Eastern (Glasgow) Cup. The Celtic played with ten men, and the Clydesdale, who, it was understood, scratched before going on the field, turned up with nine men only. The Celtic won by five goals to nothing.
