Celtic Strollers v Airdrie St Margarets – A Christmas game between teams as above named was played on the Airdrieonians ground at Airdrie. The Strollers included six of the Celtic first eleven, and the St Margarets was a combination of various clubs. The game was a good one throughout. In the first half Celtic Strollers led by a goal, bu the home team had much of the best of the second half, having scored three goals, one of which was disallowed. The result was:- St Margarets, two goals; Celtic Strollers, one goal.
